This new CCMA exhibition presents the recent landscapes of three Cape Cod artists who enjoy traveling and painting together. They’ve been to Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Old Lyme, and their own backyards. Although their styles differ, they find lessons through the work and words of one another.

Jerome Greene is primarily a plein air painter in the tradition of the New England Impressionists. His goal is to capture the immediacy of the day with all its changes in tone, value, color and light. Peter Kalill has been traveling and learning since he studied at Providence College in Rhode Island, when he took a year to study in Florence, Italy, and visit the major museums throughout Western Europe. He has also gained influences from the Yucatan Peninsula, Mayan works in Honduras and Guatemala, and to Mexico. Lance Walker was born in Vallejo, California. He moved to the Cape in 2000 to explore a career in art. He focuses on maritime, seascape and landscape subjects.

January 19, 2007 – March 2, 2008. Admission is by donation.
